Also note that I recently lost my entire music library, so this is current in the last few months. Also, Z by My Morning Jacket and Sky Blue Sky by Wilco get regular play on my record player. Maybe more than regular play.

I’m quite into minimalism.

It reminds me of math.

Wires against a bare sky remind me of pen and pencil on paper. Especially with another small object to throw you mind. It’s like an optical illusion.

This morning I wandered the streets of Seattle with No Theft (Tommy Panigot), toting our cameras over our shoulders. We had hoped for nice contrasty sunshine, but got overcast instead. Who am I kidding, it’s Seattle! It was very pleasant, none the less.

It was a breath of fresh air to get out and take pictures… just for the fun of it. I pushed myself to try something different today. To capture things with deep depths of field – or without blurry backgrounds. It was refreshing. Look at some of the shots from the morning over on No Theft’s blog as well.
