   You know what, Ben? All of these portrait-series are strikingly beautiful—very candid, personal—and I admire the artisan-ship with which you handle your subjects. I do have to say, though, that whenever I see a picture THAT close up, I think, “my, what brave and trusting friends of Ben.” It says a lot about a relationship to let someone get that close with a camera. :)
